Troubleshooting different network parts , identifying root causes of problems and assuring intervention from concerned teams & stakeholders acknowledgement in a timely manner upon severity level till retrieving network stability back to its normal state.
Service includes:
- Monitoring & Troubleshooting Access , Backhaul & Backbone Nodes and circuits.
- Contact and support the Network Filed Maintenance team during on sites troubleshooting activities.
- Perform Proactive health check for Operator Service and connections over CPN network.
- Monitoring CPN MLS/IP Network including network’s firewall, Routers, Switches and taking the proper action for detected problems.
